Our symposium invites applicants from all over the world. We would like to especially encourage the registration of Masters and PhD students and students who finished their undergraduate studies.
The number of participants is limited to 300. If this number is reached before August 20th, registration will close at that point and no more applications will be accepted.
You can check here whether you need a visa to come to Germany. Should you require a visa, you can contact us by email. Please note that we can only issue an invitation letter if you are registered and accepted for participation. At your request, the letter can be sent to your address or directly to the German embassy in your country by fax or by post. The visa application process might take more than 1 month, so plan accordingly.
We can confirm financial coverage only if you have received a grant for the conference. Grants are available for awarded student talk recipients. To apply for an awarded student talk, please see here. Note, that only a limited amount of awarded student talks are available and only registration fee and accommodation will be covered by this grant.
Participation at all scientific sessions is free of charge. However, to get the full conference experience, we recommend to purchase the conference package, which includes the conference dinner and party, lunches and city tour.
The venue is located in the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Göttingen, Germany:
